天麻素注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗急性脑出血临床研究

Clinical Study on Gastrodin Injection Combined with Atorvastain Calcium Tablets for Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:观察天麻素注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效以及对血清内皮素(ET)-1、降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响。方法:选取急性脑出血患者68例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合天麻素注射液治疗。2组均连续治疗2周,比较2组格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、临床疗效及血清ET-1、PCT水平。结果:观察组总有效率为94.12%,对照组为70.59%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组GCS评分较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),NIHSS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);且观察组2项评分改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清ET-1、PCT水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清ET-1、PCT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻素注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗急性脑出血疗效确切,可有效降低血清ET-1、PCT水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of gastrodin injection combined with atorvastain calcium tablets for acute cerebral hemorrhage and the effect on the levels of endothelin-1(ET)and procalitonin(PCT)in serum.Methods:A total of 68 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastain calcium tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with gastrodin injection based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were continuously treated for two weeks.The scores of Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),clinical effect,and the levels of ET-1 and PCT in serum were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.12%in the observation group,and 70.59%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of GCS in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and NIHSS scores were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the improvement of the two scores in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ET-1 and PCT in serum in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of astrodin injection combined with atorvastain calcium tablets has defined curative effect on treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage,which can effectively reduce the levels of ET and PCT in serum.
