摘要
目的了解2019年河南省碘缺乏地区儿童碘营养水平。方法2019年在河南省的156个非高碘县(市、区)和高碘县(市、区)所辖非高碘地区,每个县(市、区)按照东、西、南、北、中抽取1个乡,每个乡抽取1所小学,每所小学抽取40名8~10岁儿童(男女比例1∶1),采集即时尿样和家中食用盐盐样检测尿碘、盐碘含量,并检测甲状腺容积。结果2019年河南省碘缺乏病监测共调查儿童家庭食用盐30862份,碘盐覆盖率为94.2%(29058/30862),合格碘盐食用率为84.3%(26018/30862),盐碘中位数为25.1 mg/kg。共检测儿童尿样30857份,尿碘中位数为214.6μg/L。对14773名儿童检测甲状腺容积,肿大率为0.7%(97/14773)。结论2019年河南省碘缺乏地区儿童碘营养总体处于合理水平,应持续进行儿童碘营养监测,长期坚持以食盐加碘为主的综合防治策略。
Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition status among children in the iodine deficient areas of Henan Province.Methods In 2019,one township was randomly selected from each location(East,West,South,North and middle)in each county in the 156 non-high iodine areas;then one school was selected from the chosen township and 40 schoolchildren aged 8-10(male female ratio was 1∶1)were chosen to collect their household salt samples,urine samples and measure their thyroid volume.Results Totally 30862 household salt samples of 8-10 years old children were collected and tested;the coverage rate of iodized salt was 94.2%(29058/30862)and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 84.3%(26018/30862);the median of salt iodine was 25.1 mg/kg.30857 urine samples were collected and the median urinary iodine content was 214.6μg/L.14773 schoolchildren were examined thyroid volume and the goiter rate was 0.7%(97/14773).Conclusion The iodine nutrition status of children aged from 8-10 years in Henan Province is appropriate in 2019.The surveillance of iodine status and the universal salt iodization prevention and control strategies should be presented and performed for a long time.
