羊毛角蛋白改性纤维素膜的结构和性能 被引量:6

摘要 为了扩展羊毛角蛋白的应用,采用还原法从羊毛纤维中提取角蛋白,并应用于纤维素膜改性,制得纤维素/角蛋白共混膜。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法对膜的结构性能进行了表征。实验结果表明:角蛋白含量小于15%的共混膜具有较光滑的形貌,含量继续增加,共混膜的表面变得粗糙不光滑,甚至团聚聚集;角蛋白和纤维素有一定的相容性;共混膜中角蛋白以β-折叠构象结构存在,纤维素主要是纤维素Ⅱ结构;混合膜的热分解温度低于纯纤维素的热分解温度,并且有明显的角蛋白分解吸收峰。 In order to extend the application of wool keratin,keratin was extracted from wool fiber by reduction method.And the keratin was applied to modify the cellulose membrane to produce a cellulose/keratin blend membrane.The structure and properties of the blend membrane were characterized by FTIR,SEM,XRD,TG and DSC.The results show that the blended film with less than 15%keratin has a smooth morphology,and when the content continues to increase,the surface of the blended film becomes rough and unsmooth,and even aggregates;keratin and cellulose have certain compatibility;keratin in the blended film exists inβ\|folded conformation structure,and cellulose is mainly cellulose II structure;the thermal decomposition temperature of the blended film is lower than that of pure cellulose,and there are obvious keratin decomposition absorption peak.
