基于花样小图技术的飞织3D针织鞋舌设计与开发 被引量:3

摘要 为了设计出一款一体成型且兼具服用性能的飞织3D针织鞋舌,在制版方法、组织结构设计、功能分区设计等方面进行创新设计。针对制版中动作行数较多、构图杂乱以及功能性组织结构分区应用等问题,基于琪利Knit CAD制版系统,通过花样小图技术制作空气层提花组织、全通透孔洞组织、鞋带穿孔组织和加厚组织4种功能性组织小图模块,模块化的应用压缩动作行数达到制版设计构图完整性,功能组织区域间连接的可控性。经过设计与实践,开发出的飞织3D针织鞋舌,制版效率高缩放码可控,功能性组织实现透气、舒适、抗偏移、保护脚背等服用性能,为企业开发3D针织鞋舌产品提供了一定的理论与技术支持。 In order to design a wearable one-piece 3D knitted tongue,the innovative design was carried out in terms of pattern making method,structure design and functional partition design.Aiming at the problems of large number of action lines,messy composition,and functional structure partition application in pattern making,based on the knit CAD pattern making system,the air layer jacquard structure,fully permeable structure,shoelace perforated structure and thickened structure were produced through the pattern small image technology.Modular application compression action line number to achieve the integrity of the pattern design composition,and the controllability of the connection between functional organization areas.After design and practice,the flying knit 3D knitted tongue has been developed with high pattern-making efficiency and controllable scaling code.The functional structure achieves breathability,comfort,anti-offset,protection of the instep and other wearing properties,which provides certain theoretical and technical support for enterprises to develop 3D knitted shoe tongue products.
