羊毛织物负载石墨烯及其抗静电功能 被引量:2

Investigation of wool fabrics loaded graphene and its antistatic property

摘要 针对羊毛织物在相对湿度较低的环境下容易产生静电的问题,研究不同含水率时羊毛织物的抗静电性能,利用多巴胺的黏附力负载石墨烯,使毛织物达到足够的抗静电效果,利用静电测试仪对整理前后羊毛织物进行表征。结果表明:在含水率低于6%时羊毛织物存在静电问题;一定范围内增加石墨烯负载能够提高抗静电性能,其中负载9 g/L石墨烯和10 g/L多巴胺的羊毛织物抗静电性能最好,静电压和静电半衰期均为0;多巴胺/石墨烯负载毛织物具有较好的耐水洗性,其中10 g/L多巴胺负载9 g/L石墨烯羊毛织物的静电压和静电半衰期经过水洗12次之后趋于稳定,仍然能够达到防静电标准,研究结果对于抗静电羊毛织物产品开发具有实践意义。 Wool fabric is prone to produce static electricity under low relative humidity environment.To solve the problem,the antistatic properties of wool fabric with different moisture content were studied to achieve sufficient antistatic effect of fabric by graphene loaded with dopamine due to its adhesion.The static electricity of wool fabrics were characterized before and after finishing by the electrostatic tester.The results show that when the moisture content is lower than 6%,the wool fabric has static problems.The antistatic properties can be improved by increasing the graphene content in a certain range,the wool fabric loaded with 9 g/L graphene and 10 g/L dopamine had the best antistatic performance with static voltage and electrostatic half-life tend to 0.The wool fabric loaded with dopamine/graphene has better water washing resistance,among which the static voltage and electrostatic half-life of 10 g/L dopamine loaded with 9 g/L graphene wool fabric still could reach the antistatic standard after 12 times of washing.The results of the study have practical significance for the development of antistatic wool fabrics.
