导料方式及冲孔切断工艺对导纱针质量的影响

摘要 根据导纱针各成型特征与其原料外形紧密相关、压扁压印存在的体积流动、侧向力导致的孔变形的制造难点,确立了压扁压印→冲导正孔→切断分离加冲导纱孔的成型工艺。压扁压印工序的一次成型可有效避免扁丝体积流动引起的尺寸误差;采用导正块、导正销和导料销保障了原料在各级进工位的精准定位,特别是导料销的楔形结构有效减小了扁丝在送料过程中的横向偏移;切断分离加冲导纱孔一步成型的工艺设计,有效解决了导纱孔的塑性变形问题。经生产验证,该方案能生产出尺寸一致性好、导纱孔无变形的导纱针。 According to the forming characteristics of the yarn guide needle and its raw material shape,the volume flow of the flattening and embossing,and the deformation of the hole caused by the lateral force,the forming process of flattening and embossing,punching the guide hole,cutting and separating,punching the yarn guide hole is established.The one-step forming process of flattening and embossing can effectively avoid the dimensional errors caused by the volume flow of the flat yarn.The guide blocks,pilot pins and guide pins are used to ensure the accurate positioning of the raw material at all levels of feeding stations,especially the wedge-shaped structure of the guide pins effectively reduces the lateral deflection of the flat yarn during the feeding process.The one-step forming process of cutting off,separating and punching the yarn guide holes effectively solves the problem of plastic deformation of the yarn guide holes.It is verified that this solution can produce yarn guide needle with good dimensional consistency and no deformation of yarn guide holes.
