摘要
针对GB/T 35762—2017、GB/T 11048—2018,这2项国家标准下絮片保暖性测试结果存在差异且试样状态干扰测试结果,导致产品间性能不可比的问题,文章采用现行的2项保暖性国家标准对不同系列、不同规格、不同状态的絮片进行保暖性测试,并对结果进行方差分析。结果表明:测试方法和试样状态对絮片热阻测试结果均有显著影响,且絮片面密度越小,对测试结果影响越大;测试标准(方法)、试样状态对部分絮片保暖性测试结果的影响程度甚至大于产品系列间差异;蒸发热板法测得的热阻大于平板法,但平板法测试数据更稳定,试样覆盖纺粘非织造布后使蒸发热板法的测试结果更稳定;2项标准(方法)下的絮片测试结果不能直接进行比较。
In order to address the problem that there are differences in the test results of wadding thermal resistance between the two national standards include GB/T 35762—2017 and GB/T 11048—2018 and that the state of the specimen interferes with the test results,resulting in incomparable performance between products,the thermal insulation of wadding with different series,specifications and states were tested according to the two national standards,and the variance of the results were analyzed in the article.The results show that the test methods and specimen state have a significant influence on the results of thermal resistance.The lighter the areal density of wadding,the greater the influence on the results.It is found that the test methods and the state have an even greater influence on the thermal insulation results of some samples than the differences between product series.The thermal resistances by the sweating guarded-hotplate method are greater than those of the flat plate method.But the data by flat plate method are more stable.When covering a non-woven fabric,the data are more stable by the method of sweating guarded-hotplate.Thermal resistance of wadding under two methods cannot be compared directly.
