摘要
为了解决路试车辆前机舱内PTC模块安装支架在路试中发生断裂的问题,对PTC支架进行了相关分析与研究。基于Nastran对PTC支架进行了5种行驶工况下的强度分析;基于Nastran对PTC支架进行了模态分析;基于Ncode对PTC支架进行了振动疲劳分析;PTC支架的强度、模态与疲劳分析结果表明,引起该支架开裂的原因为Y向支撑不足导致的疲劳损伤开裂,基于此原因对结构进行优化并验算;对优化后的支架进行试验验证。
In order to solve the problem that the PTC module mounting bracket in the front cabin of the road test vehicle broke during the road test, the correlation analysis and research on the PTC bracket were carried out. Based on Nastran, the strength analysis of PTC support under 5 driving conditions was carried out. Based on Nastran, the modal analysis of PTC support was carried out. Based on Ncode,the vibration fatigue analysis of PTC bracket was carried out. According to the strength, mode and fatigue analysis of PTC bracket, the results show that the cracking reason of the bracket is fatigue damage cracking caused by insufficient Y support. Based on this reason, the structure is optimized and checked;The optimized support was tested and verified.
