基于齿槽转矩优化的冷却风扇异响消除

摘要 齿槽转矩是永磁电机特有的问题之一,它会使电机产生转矩波动,引起振动噪声问题。为解决采用20槽4极永磁直流电机的车用冷却风扇加减速异响,研究辅助槽位置、形状及尺寸对齿槽转矩的影响,采用合理辅助槽,降低齿槽转矩,解决冷却风扇异响问题。 The cogging torque is one of the particular problems of the permanent magnet motor,it can make the motor torque ripple,causing vibration and noise.In order to solve the problem of acceleration and deceleration abnormal noise of vehicle cooling fan with 20 slots and 4 poles permanent magnet DC motor,studying the influence of the number,shape and size of auxiliary slot on the cogging torque.Reasonable auxiliary slot is adopted to reduce the cogging torque and solve the abnormal noise problem of cooling fan.
