摘要
文章基于有限元法,采用ABAQUS软件,对某商用车多连杆系统进行了CAE强度和屈曲刚度分析,结果显示横向拉杆、上纵连杆和横向稳定杆部件刚强度满足设计目标,力学性能满足目标,大幅提升了整车的操稳和舒适性能。
Based on the finite element method and ABAQUS software,this paper analyzes the CAE strength and buckling stiffness of the multilink system of a commercial vehicle.The results show that the stiffness and strength of the transverse link,upper longitudinal link and stabilizer bar meet the design objectives,and the mechanical properties meet the objectives,which greatly improves the vehicle's handling stability and comfort performance.
