摘要
文章建立了一种利用顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定甲醇汽车尾气排放中未燃甲醇含量的检测方法,采用硅胶采样管吸附甲醇汽车尾气排放中的甲醇,再用水将硅胶采样管中的甲醇洗脱,洗脱液用顶空气相色谱质谱仪测定。此方法的最低检出限是0.035μg/mL,线性范围为0.1μg/mL-40μg/mL,加标回收率在98%-101%。结果表明,此方法简单灵敏,线性范围宽,检出限低,精密度好,经实际样品测定,完全满足甲醇汽车尾气排放中未燃甲醇含量的测定。
In this work,a detection method for the content of unburned methanol in the exhaust of methanol automobile determined by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The methanol in the exhaust of methanol vehicles was adsorbed by silica gel sampling tube,then eluted by water,and the eluent was determined by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.The minimum detection limit of this method was 0.035μg/mL,the linear range was 0.1μg/mL-40μg/mL,and the standard recovery ranged from 98%to 101%.The results showed that the method was simple and sensitive,with wide linear range,low detection limit and good precision.The approach can completely satisfy the determination of unburned methanol in methanol automobile exhaust via the actual sample determination.
