职业本科专业现代学徒制动态人才培养模式探索与创建——以新能源汽车工程专业为例

为了探索职业本科层次现代学徒制人才培养模式和人才培养流程,促进校企深度合作,提高职业本科专业毕业生就业质量,从职业本科和现代学徒制发展现状分析,通过企业走访、问卷调查、政策分析研究等,以新能源汽车工程专业为例,提出职业本科专业现代学徒制动态人才培养模式,包括动态人才培养实施方案、课程体系和标准等,对职业本科专业试点现代学徒制人才培养过程中的校企合作、人才培养过程和方法等有一定的借鉴作用。

In order to explore the modern apprenticeship training mode and process of undergraduate vocational,promote deep cooperation between school and enterprise,improving the quality of graduates'Employment.Analysis on the current situation of undergraduate vocational and modern apprenticeship.Through enterprise visits,questionnaire surveys,policy analysis and research.Take new energy vehicle engineering as an example.This paper puts forward the dynamic talent training mode of modern apprenticeship in undergraduate vocational specialty.It includes dynamic personnel training implementation plan,curriculum system and standards,etc.It has a certain reference significance for school enterprise cooperation,personnel training process and methods,on the pilot of modern apprenticeship system at the level of undergra-duate vocational.
