恶性胸膜间皮瘤中间皮素表达的临床病理相关性及其预后意义

CLINICOPATHOLOGIC CORRELATION OF MESOTHELIN EXPRESSION IN MALIGNANT PLEURAL MESOTHELIOMA AND ITS PROGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE

通过探讨间皮素(MSLN)与恶性胸膜间皮瘤临床病理之间的相关性及其预后意义。采用R 3.6.3对美国公共癌症基因数据库(TCGA)进行数据挖掘和分析,利用Oncomine数据库对非癌组织与癌组织中MSLN的表达量进行比较分析,采用基因表达谱动态分析(GEPIA)构建Kaplan-Meier生存模型探究MSLN表达量对恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者预后的影响,使用cBioportal进行MSLN基因相关性可视化分析。结果表明,MSLN在正常组织中低表达,恶性胸膜间皮瘤组织中高表达;MSLN的表达水平与恶性胸膜间皮瘤的肿瘤类型及组织学诊断类型相关;在MPM患者中,MSLN高表达的患者总生存率显著高于MSLN低表达的患者。因此,间皮素有望作为恶性胸膜间皮瘤诊断或治疗的潜在新靶点。

This study will further discuss the relationship between MSLN and malignant pleural mesothelioma.In the present study,R 3.6.3 was used for data mining and analysis of the US public cancer gene database(TCGA),and the Oncomine database was used to compare and analyze the expression of MSLN in non-cancer and cancer tissues,and dynamic analysis of gene expression profiling(GEPIA)was used to build a Kaplan-Meier survival model for exploring the effect of MSLN expression on the prognosis of patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma,and the cBioportal was used for visual analysis of MSLN gene correlation.The expression of MSLN was low in normal tissues,but high in cancer tissues;the expression of MSLN was correlated with the tumor type of malignant pleural mesothelioma;among MPM patients,the overall survival rate of patients with high MSLN expression was significantly higher than that with low MSLN expression.In conclusion,mesothelin can be used as a new target for the diagnosis or treatment of malignant pleural mesothelioma,which lays a theoretical foundation for the future attack of related cancers.
