摘要
硫酸盐还原菌数量过高会对油藏产生危害,造成地层堵塞,还会使有机聚合物分子链上自由基遭到破坏,产生大幅度降解(黏损40%),同时其产物H2S对金属管道及处理设备会产生严重腐蚀(腐蚀速率0.15 mm/a)。为此,对喇嘛甸油田地面生产系统中各环节细菌总量进行监测分析和室内杀菌剂筛选实验,结果表明:水驱污水处理中季铵盐类杀菌剂效果较好,其中DQSSJ-11效果最优;聚驱污水处理中季铵盐杀菌效果最优。对杀菌剂现场投加方式进行研究表明,当投加相同浓度的杀菌剂时,单支管线多点加药有利于杀菌剂向下游延伸,缩短杀菌距离,加药效果优于区域多点加药。经现场生产验证:在确保杀菌效果的前提下,单支管线多点加药法可使杀菌剂用量减少30%左右。
Excessive amount of SRB is harmful to reservoirs,since it can cause formation blockage,destroys free radicals on the molecular chain of organic polymer,resulting in significant degradation(viscosity loss of 40%),and its product H2S will also cause severe corrosion on metal pipelines and processing equipment(corrosion rate 0.15 mm/a).Therefore,this study monitors and analyzes the total amount of bacteria in each link in the surface production system of Lamadian Oilfield and screens the fungicides by indoor tests.The results show that quaternary ammonium fungicides have better effect in water flooding produced water treatment,among which DQSSJ-11 has the best effect.The quaternary ammonium salt has the best bactericidal effect in the treatment of polymer flooding produced water.The on-site dosing method of fungicide is studied,and it is concluded that when the same concentration of fungicide is added,the single pipeline multi-point dosing has the advantages of extending the fungicide downstream and shortening the sterilization distance.The effect of dosing is better than that of regional multi-point dosing.After the verification of on-site production,under the premise of ensuring the sterilization effect,the amount of fungicides is reduced by about 30℅.
