高含水油泥调质—离心工艺参数优化室内实验 被引量:5

摘要 为优化油田某联合站含油污泥调质—离心工艺参数,开展了相关室内实验研究。实验污泥样品取自该联合站污泥浓缩池,调质药剂为阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、除硫剂,离心机为湘仪离心机。通过沉降实验、搅拌实验、絮凝沉降实验、污泥比阻实验、离心实验,对调质时间、药剂加量、离心转速、离心时间进行探究。结果表明:调质时间为10 min,CPAM加量为5 mg/L时,含油污泥絮凝沉降效果较好;当离心机转速为3000 r/min、离心时间为6 min时,脱水后的污泥含水率较低且经济性较好。该实验结果为下一步工艺现场应用提供了依据。 In order to optimize the parameters of the oil-containing sludge conditioning-centrifugal process at a joint station in oilfield,laboratory experiments are carried out.Experimental sludge samples are taken from the sludge concentration tank of the joint station,the conditioning agent is cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM),sulfur removal agent,and the centrifuge is Xiangyi centrifuge.Through the sedimentation experiment,stirring experiment,flocculation sedimentation experiment,sludge specific resistance experiment,and centrifugation experiment,the conditioning time,dosage of the agent,centrifugal speed,and the centrifugation time are explored.The results show that when the conditioning time is 10 minutes and the CPAM dosage is 5 mg/L,the flocculation and sedimentation effect of oily sludge is better.When the speed of the centrifuge is 3000 r/min and the centrifugation time is 6 min,the water content of the sludge after dehydration is lower and the economy is better.The results of this experiment provide a basis for the next step of field application.
