不同品种大果沙棘果实品质研究

Study on Fruit Quality of Different Varieties of Large Berry Sea Buckthorn

在山西省晋中市太谷县试验地,对引进的无刺丰、西伯利亚红晕、壮圆黄、杂交3号和杂交4号5个大果沙棘品种,进行了果实性状及结实情况的研究,结果表明:5个引进大果沙棘的百果鲜重和果柄长度都远大于对照中国沙棘,果实中的维生素C、胡萝卜素和总黄酮含量则远低于对照中国沙棘。

In the experimental site of Taigu County,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province,the introduced five large berry sea buckthorn varieties,Wu Cifeng,Siberian Red,Zhuangyuanhuang,hybrid No.3 and hybrid No.4 were studied for fruit characteristics and fruit setting.The results showed that fresh weight and stalk length of five imported large berry sea buckthorn were much larger than the control Chinese sea buckthorn.And the vitamin C,carotene and total flavonoid content in fruits were much lower than the control Chinese sea buckthorn.
