摘要 指出了矾根彩叶品种丰富,能耐一定低温,是极好的阴生耐寒地被花材,其中品种莱姆里基对生长环境要求极高,繁殖比较困难。以莱姆里基为对象,以MS为基本培养基,研究了不同激素配比条件下矾根的组织培养。结果发现,莱姆里基的叶片离体繁殖组织培养效果显著,可以加快矾根的繁殖速度和质量,更好地满足生产需求。 The alum root is rich in color leaves,which can withstand certain low temperature.It is also an excellent shade and cold resistant ground quilt material.Among them,the variety of Lemriki has high requirements for growth environment and is difficult to breed.In this study,the tissue culture of alum root was studied under the condition of different hormone ratio with Lemriki as the object and MS as the basic medium.It was found that the tissue culture effect of in vitro propagation of leaves of Lemriki was significant,which could accelerate the propagation speed and quality of alum roots to better meet production demand.
