香椿种子育苗技术试验

Experimental Study on Seed Growth Technology of Chinese toon

摘要 对香椿种子采用不同浸种方式进行了试验研究。结果显示:温水浸种的种子平均发芽率为84.3%,高锰酸钾溶液浸种的种子平均发芽率为96.3%;高锰酸钾溶液浸种的播种苗高度和地径较温水浸种的苗木分别提高15.7%和19.9%。可见,香椿种子育苗适宜采用高锰酸钾溶液浸种处理。 Experimental research was carried out on different soaking methods of Chinese Toon seeds.The results showed that the average germination rate was 84.3%for seeds soaked in warm water and 96.3%for seeds soaked in potassium permanganate solution.The height and ground diameter of seedlings soaked with potassium permanganate solution increased by 15.7%and 19.9%,respectively,compared with those soaked with warm water.It can be seen that Chinese toon seedlings should be soaked with potassium permanganate solution.
