摘要
利用氧氮分析仪、粗糙度轮廓仪对不同表面粗糙度的试样进行试验对比分析,探讨轴承钢试样表面粗糙度对其氧含量测定的影响。结果表明:GCr15轴承钢试样在去除表面氧化层后,表面粗糙度为0.4μm <Ra <1μm时,会影响氧含量检测结果。但当试样表面粗糙度Ra <0.1μm时,表面粗糙度对氧含量检测结果基本没有影响,且结果稳定接近生产设定值。
The oxygen nitrogen analyzer and roughness profilometer were employed for the comparative analysis of samples with different surface roughness. The influence of surface roughness of bearing steel sample on the determination of oxygen content was discussed. For GCr15 bearing steel sample after removing the surface oxidation layer,the results showed that when the surface roughness Ra was between 0. 4 μm and 1 μm,it would affect the oxygen content detection results. But when the surface roughness of the sample( Ra) was less than 0. 1 μm,the surface roughness had little influence on the detection results of oxygen content. The determination results were stable and close to the setting value of production.
