自制装置加热下不同烟叶原料香味成分释放差异 被引量:10

Differences in aroma component releases in aerosols of self-made electrically heated cigarette with different tobacco materials

摘要 为了考察不同类型、不同产地、不同部位烟叶在加热状态下烟气香味成分释放量的差异,研发了具有内加热功能的加热卷烟烟具装置和配套使用的烟支;采用GC/MS法,按照抽吸容量55 mL、抽吸频率30 s、抽吸持续时间2 s的模式,抽吸4支烟支(每支抽吸10口,共40口),测定主流烟气醛酮类、呋喃类和吡喃类、含氮化合物、低级脂肪酸、高级脂肪酸等32种香味成分的释放量,并对比分析不同烟叶原料的差异。结果表明:①建立的香味成分分析方法重复性较好,能够满足香味成分释放量分析要求;②明确了不同类型、产地、部位烟叶在加热状态下香味成分释放量的差异,即不同类型烟叶样品香味成分释放量差异显著,不同产地烤烟存在一定差异,不同部位烤烟差异较小。 In order to investigate potential differences in the releases of aroma components from tobacco leaves of different types,planting areas and stalk positions under heating,a tobacco heating device with internal heating was developed and its matched tobacco rods were prepared.A total of 32 aroma components in the aerosols of 4 heated tobacco rods were analyzed by GC-MS using 55 mL puffing volume,30 s puffing frequency,2 s puffing duration,10 puffs per tobacco rod.The releases of aroma components,including aldehydes,ketones,furans,pyrans,nitrogen-containing compounds,lower fatty acids,and higher fatty acids,etc.,were determined.The samples of flue-cured tobacco,oriental tobacco and burley tobacco from different stalk positions and different planting areas were compared.The results showed that:1)The developed quantitative method was suitable for analyzing the releases of aroma components with acceptable repeatability.2)The releases of aroma components in aerosol of the heated tobacco of different types and from different planting areas and different stalk positions were clarified.The difference among different tobacco types was significant,and that among different planting areas was to a certain degree,while that among different stalk positions was slight.
