卷烟燃烧锥面孔率与主流烟气CO释放量的关系 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究卷烟燃烧过程中形成的燃烧锥结构与主流烟气CO释放量之间的关系,采用包埋切片法考察了卷烟燃烧锥的内部结构,分析了卷烟燃烧锥面孔率变化影响烟气CO释放量的机理,并通过调节燃烧锥结构降低了主流烟气CO释放量。结果表明:①卷烟燃烧锥的面孔率与CO释放量呈显著的负相关关系,燃烧锥面孔率越大,燃烧锥结构越疏松,烟丝燃烧越充分,主流烟气CO总释放量越低;②降低烟丝的填充密度、添加低比例的膨胀烟丝均可使燃烧锥面孔率增加和烟气CO释放量降低;③在常规卷烟样品中添加1%的可膨胀石墨,可有效调节燃烧锥结构,燃烧锥面孔率从18.25%增大至35.60%,主流烟气CO释放量降低12.30%,卷烟危害性指数从7.31下降至7.01。 In order to study the relationship between the structure of cigarette burning cone formed during burning and the CO release in mainstream cigarette smoke,an embedding and slicing method was applied to analyze the inner structure of burning cone.The mechanism of burning cone surface porosity and its influence on CO release was analyzed in order to reduce the CO release by adjusting the burning cone structure.The main conclusions were:1)The cone surface porosity significantly negatively correlated to the CO release.Larger surface porosity resulted in looser structure of the burning cone and more fully combusted cut tobacco,and thus the CO release in mainstream cigarette smoke became lower.2)Via reducing the filling density of cut tobacco and adding expanded cut tobacco at a low proportion,the surface porosity was enlarged and the CO release decreased.3)Comparing with the control cigarette sample,the surface porosity of the burning cone could be increased from 18.25%to 35.60%and the CO release reduced by 12.30%when 1%expandable graphite was added to the cut tobacco.Furthermore,the hazard index of the cigarette decreased from 7.31 to 7.01.
