2015-2019年国家自然科学基金中医内科领域资助情况分析

Analysis of Projects Funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China in the Field of Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine from 2015 to 2019

采集2015-2019年中医内科研究领域获得资助的面上项目、青年科学基金项目和地区科学基金项目的相关信息进行回顾分析,结果显示近5年国家自然科学基金资助中医内科领域面上项目、青年科学基金项目和地区科学基金项目共1014项,资助金额总计38333万元;资助病种广泛,涉及内科疾病各大系统,其中消化系统、肿瘤相关、循环系统、神经系统、泌尿系统、呼吸系统、内分泌系统、风湿与免疫系统疾病年平均资助项目数超过10项,资助项目数前12位的疾病依次为糖尿病、脑血管病、糖尿病肾病、肺癌、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、动脉粥样硬化、肝癌/类风湿关节炎、溃疡性结肠炎、肺纤维化/胃癌、心力衰竭。国家自然科学基金的资助促进了中医内科优势病种疗效机制的探索、专业的发展、学科的建设和人才的培养,同时也存在对中医药领域的支持力度相对不足、学科发展不平衡、研究成果缺乏连贯性和延续性、优势病种局限、科研思路过于仿效国际热点、高精尖人才相对缺少等不足。建议应针对存在的问题,扬长避短,继承创新,从基础回归临床,进而更好地为中医药发展服务。

A retrospective study was conducted to collect information about the general projects,youth science fund projects,and regional science fund projects that were funded by national Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)in the field of traditional Chinese internal medicine from 2015 to 2019.The results showed that in the past five years,NSFC has funded a total of 1014 projects with a total amount of 383.33 million yuan.It covered a wide range of diseases and involved various major systems of internal medicine,including digestive system,tumor-related system,circulatory system,nervous system,urinary system,respiratory system,endocrine system,and rheumatism and immune system,all of which had more than 10 projects funded by NSFC per year.The top 12 diseases in the number of funded projects were diabetes,cerebrovascular disease,diabetic nephropathy,lung cancer,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,atherosclerosis,liver cancer/rheumatoid arthritis,ulcerative colitis,pulmonary fibrosis/gastric cancer,and heart failure.The funding from NSFC has helped promoting the exploration of therapeutic mechanism,professional development,discipline construction and talent cultivation of the dominant diseases in traditional Chinese internal medicine.However,there were also some deficiencies,such as insufficient support for traditional Chinese medicine,unbalanced development of the discipline,lack of coherence and continuity of research results,narrow scope of dominant diseases in traditional Chinese internal medicine,excessive imitation of international hot topics in scientific research,and lack of high-quality and top-notch talents.In view of the existing problems,we should develop our strengths and avoid weaknesses,attach importance to inheritance and innovation,and shift emphasis from laboratory to clinical studies,so as to better serve the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
