血栓心脉宁治疗冠心病临床疗效及安全性的Meta分析

Efficacy and Safety of Xueshuanxinmaining in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease:a Meta-analysis

目的系统评价血栓心脉宁治疗冠心病的临床疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Date)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、EMbase以及手工检索相关资料,全面收集血栓心脉宁治疗冠心病病人的随机对照试验(RCT)。所有数据库检索时限均为建库至2019年9月30日。根据纳入和排除标准对文献进行筛选,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入8篇文献,涉及病人751例。Meta分析结果显示:治疗组心绞痛改善总有效率[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.15,1.33),P<0.00001]、心电图改善总有效率[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.10,1.39),P=0.0005]高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义;治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义[RR=0.77,95%CI(0.36,1.64),P=0.50]。证据等级显示:心绞痛改善总有效率及心电图改善总有效率为低级,不良反应为极低级。结论现有证据表明,血栓心脉宁能够有效提高冠心病心绞痛及心电图改善总有效率,且具有良好的安全性。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Xueshuanxinmaining in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Randomized controlled trial(RCT)of Xueshuanxinmaining in the treatment of coronary heart disease was searched by computer and manual collection from CNKI,WanFang data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,and EMbase from establishment date of the database to September 30,2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of trials,all RCTs were screened and evaluated.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software.Results Eight trials were included,involving 751 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with control group,the improvement rate of angina[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.15,1.33),P<0.00001]and the effective rate of electrocardiogram[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.10,1.39),P=0.0005]were higher than those in control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups[RR=0.77,95%CI(0.36,1.64),P=0.50].The grade of evidence showed that,the outcomes of the improvement rate of angina and the effective rate of electrocardiogram were low and the adverse reactions were low.Conclusion The available evidence suggests that Xueshuanxinmaining can improve the attack rate of angina and the attack rate in electrocardiogram,and with better security.
