The Systematic Development Path of Prefabricated Building Industry Talents Under the Industry-Education Integration Mecha nism

体系化的实现标志着产业的成熟。装配式建筑作为一种新兴产业,当前面临问题颇多。其中,人才合理培养及持续性供应问题的解决办法亟待提出。从产教融合的角度探讨装配式建筑产业人才体系化发展的路径,阐明了构建人才体系化发展的核心系统、控制系统、环境系统及生态系统,为装配式建筑人才可持续性发展提供借鉴与理论支撑。

Industry maturity is marked by the systematic realization.As an emerging industry,prefabricated buildings are facing many problems at present,and the suitable personnel training and the implementation of sustainable supply conditions need to be solved urgently.In this paper,the systematic development path of prefabricated building industry talents under the industryeducation integration mechanism was discussed,and the core systems,control systems,environmental systems and ecosystems for the systematic development of talents were described,which provide references and guarantees for the training of prefabricated building industry talents.
