“三全育人”视域下高职院校宿舍文化空间育人模式研究

“三全育人”是新时代大思政格局下的先进育人理念,着力强调将思政育人工作注入到教学与管理的全过程。随着高职院校教育体制和后勤管理模式的变革,宿舍作为高职学生日常活动的主要场所,其文化育人功效十分重要。在高职院校百万扩招的新形势下,宿舍管理的软硬件实力面临着严峻考验,宿舍文化育人的效果不容乐观。坚持高职院校思政与育人的统一性关系,着力发展宿舍文化养成教育,创新宿舍文化立体式空间育人模式,拓宽了思政育人新路径。

“All staff-all procedures-all dimensions”based moral education is an advanced concept of educating people under the big ideological and political pattern of the new era.It emphasizes the infusion of ideological and political education into the whole process of teaching and management.With the reform of the education system and logistics management mode of higher vocational colleges,the dormitory is the main place for the daily activities of higher vocational students,and its cultural education effect is very important.Under the new situation of expanding enrollment by one million in higher vocational colleges,the software and hardware strength of dormitory management is facing severe tests,and the effect of dormitory culture and education is not optimistic.Adhere to the unified relationship between ideological and political education and education in higher vocational colleges,focus on the development of dormitory culture education,innovate the three-dimensional space education model of dormitory culture,and broaden the new path of ideological and political education.
