摘要
随着养老服务需求数量以及质量的增加,人力资源供给变成了养老服务业可持续发展的关键所在,对推动养老服务产业发展和满足服务各方面需求等起着关键作用。因此,以河北省社区养老服务人力资源供给为对象,首先简单阐述了社区养老服务及其人力资源的基本概念,接着阐明了河北地区社区养老服务人力资源供给实际情况以及问题产生的原因,最后提出了相应解决对策,以供相关人员参考。
With the increase of the quantity and quality of the old-age service demand,the supply of human resources has become the key to the sustainable development of the old-age service industry.Therefore,taking the supply of human resources of community old-age service in Hebei Province as an object,the basic concepts of community old-age service and its human resources are simply expounded at first,then it expounds the actual situation and the causes of the problems of the supply of community old-age service human resources in Hebei Province,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for reference.
