探析跨界整合式颠覆性创新在跨境电商平台上的整合流程——以大健康产业为例

Explore the Integration Process of Disruptive Innovation on Cross-Border E-Commerce Platforms—A Case Study of Health Industry

颠覆性创新理论为发展中国家产业转型升级带来了巨大的市场机会,而其特殊表现形式——跨界整合式颠覆性创新在互联网的发展下正值有利时机。然而,理论研究的滞后让现今成功案例大多出于偶然性,过往学术研究偏重于局部发散、深入研究,缺少框架性、轮廓性的总结以及结合具体产业探索。同时,大健康产业作为我国战略性产业亟需转型升级,多方信息表明跨境电商平台上的跨界整合将是一个突破口。因此,以大健康产业为例,在梳理出颠覆性创新基本特征的基础上,具体探讨实现跨界整合式颠覆性创新的三大基本环节,并对未来研究方向提出建议。

The industrial transformation and upgrading of developing countries are facing huge opportunities because of the theory of disruptive innovation,one of the special forms of disruptive innovation——cross-border integrated and disruptive innovation,is having positive timing under the development of the Internet.However,the lag of theoretical research makes most of today's successful cases out of contingency.Past academic research has focused on local divergence,in-depth research,lack of framework-oriented summary and combination of specific industry exploration.At the same time,the big health industry as a strategic industry in China is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading opportunities.Multi-party information indicates that cross-border integration on cross-border e-commerce platforms will be a breakthrough.Therefore,this article takes the big health industry as an example,on the basis of sorting out the basic characteristics of subversive innovation,specifically discusses the three basic links to achieve cross-border integrated subversive innovation,and puts forward suggestions for future research directions.
