以马克思主义政党的权威理论为指导,从历史政治学视角出发,以大量的原始史料为基础,系统考察民主革命时期中国共产党领导核心形成的深层原因、作用机理与历史镜鉴,是中共党史研究的重大论域。民主革命时期中国共产党领导核心的形成是社会历史条件、领袖特质以及群体意志等多种因素合力作用的结果,是有历史规律性可循的。第一代领导核心的确立,是实现民族独立和人民解放这一伟大使命的一大关键,主要体现在:维系党的团结统一,有力加强了党的内部凝聚力、向心力与对外发展的张力;凝聚起全国人民与全民族磅礴的革命力量,为实现共同的革命目标而共同奋斗;在中国革命生死关头多次力挽狂澜、化险为夷;在关系中国两种前途、两种命运的大决战中,对旧的统治体系起到了摧枯拉朽的作用。历史经验提供的有益镜鉴是:领导核心至关重要,是中国共产党成熟的重要标志;增强核心与看齐意识,自觉维护党中央权威与集中统一领导;坚持“集体领导”与“领导核心”的统一,贯彻落实好民主集中制。

Guided by the theory of Marxist party authority,from the perspective of historical politics,and based on a large number of original historical materials,it is an important field of study on the history of the Communist Party of China to systematically investigate the deep causes,mechanism and historical mirror of the formation of the leadership core of the Communist Party of China during the democratic revolution.During the period of the democratic revolution,the formation of the leadership core of the Communist Party of China is the result of many factors such as social and historical conditions,the characteristics of leaders,and the will of the group,which has historical regularity to follow.The establishment of the first generation leadership core is the key to realize the great mission of national independence and people's liberation,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:maintaining unification and the unity of the party,effectively strengthening the internal cohesion,centripetal force and external development tension of the party;gathering the great revolutionary forces of the whole Party and the whole nation,striving together to achieve the common revolutionary goal,changing danger into safety and bringing order out of chaos in a time of crisis,destroying the old ruling system in the Liberation War.The useful lessons provided by historical experience are in the following aspects:the core of leadership is very important,which is an important symbol of the maturity of the Communist Party of China;enhance the awareness of core and alignment,consciously maintain the authority of the Party's central committee and centralize the unified leadership;adhere to the unity of"collective leadership"and"leadership core",and implement democratic centralism.
