摘要
系统试验了非稳态浇铸期间钢水洁净度的变化 ,分析结果表明 :在非稳态浇铸期间—开浇、换钢包和浇铸结束 ,由于二次氧化及卷渣等原因 ,使钢水的洁净度指标恶化严重 ,因此加强对非稳态浇铸的控制是提高产品整体质量的关键。
The variation of the cleanliness of steel during unsteady casting period has been systematically tested, the analysis results show that during unsteady casting period, including at beginning of casting, change ladle and finishing casting, the cleanliness indexes are deteriorated due to secondary oxidation of steel and slag entraining in steel. Therefore it is a key role to improve the whole quality by controlling the casting opteration during the unsteady periods.
