假单胞菌代谢产物藤黄绿菌素化学结构、生物合成途径、调控机制及应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 藤黄绿菌素(pyoluteorin,Plt)是假单胞菌产生的次级代谢产物,具有广谱抑菌活性。本文系统介绍了Plt产生菌、化学结构、生物合成途径及其调控机制等方面的研究进展。在此基础上,总结了构建高产Plt工程菌株的策略和成果。最后,展望了Plt成为新型代谢产物农药的潜力和未来的研究方向。 Pyoluteorin(Plt)is one of the secondary metabolites produced by Pseudomonas spp.and has a broad spectrum of antibiotic activity.In this review,Plt producing strains,chemical structure,biosynthesis and regulatory mechanisms were introduced.The strategies and achievements in constructing high Plt yield strains were then summarized.Finally,the potential of Plt as a new metabolite biopesticide and future work in this field were discussed and prospected.
