建筑业转型下的绿色智慧理念发展思考

绿色节能是当今人类可持续发展的要求。建筑领域的“绿色”发展理念需要贯串设计施工和运维两个阶段。在人口红利不断消散的时代背景下,作为劳动密集型的传统行业,建筑业也需要去劳动力密集化,需要新的技术支持手段和智慧解决方案赋能建筑业。当下“云大物智联”等关联技术,以及建筑业内生信息化要求发展起来的BIM技术,正逐步与施工现场管理工作相融合,出现了“智慧建造”、“智慧工地”等理念。在建筑行业低碳可持续的社会发展背景下,利用新时代的信息化技术,走“绿色智慧建造”之路,将成为当前建筑行业发展的主流。

Green and energy-saving are the requirements for human sustainable development.The concept of"Green"development in the construction field needs two stages:design-construction stage and operation-maintenance stage.Under the background of the dissipation of demographic dividend,as a labor-intensive traditional industry,the construction industry also needs to be deplete,and new technical support means and intelligent solutions should be used to empower the construction industry.At present,related technologies such as"cloud moving intelligence"and BIM technology developed by endogenous information requirements of construction industry are gradually integrated with construction site management and emerged"intelligent construction","smart construction site"and other concepts.Under the background of low carbon and sustainable social development in the construction industry,using the information technology of the new era and taking the road of"green and intelligent construction"will become the mainstream of current development of the construction industry.
