结构设计阶段优化工程造价成本的思路及对策

工程造价成本的控制不仅是对建筑方案阶段和建筑设计阶段的造价进行控制,还应当对结构设计阶段等进行优化。通过分析结构设计方案、结构设计过程和结构设计质量对工程造价成本影响,提出基于全生命周期的工程造价成本控制和形成系统化工程造价管控模式的两点优化思路,并提出应用价值工程设计优化、建立结构方案内部评审机制等具体优化对策。以期为实现工程目标价值与实际价值的最小偏离提供帮助。

The cost control of project costs is not only to control the cost in the construction plan phase and the building design phase,but also to optimize the structure design phase.By analyzing the influence of structural design plan,structural design process and structural design quality on project cost,this paper proposes two optimization ideas based on the whole life cycle of project cost control and the formation of a systematic project cost control mode,and puts forward application value engineering design optimization,and specific optimization countermeasures such as the internal review mechanism of the structural plan,which could provide help to achieve the smallest deviation between the project's target value and actual value.
