摘要
利用活性炭固定床吸附SO2的吸附穿透数据,使用Slogistic函数法,结合Bohart-Adams模型,对吸附穿透数据进行了分析,得到了几种粒度活性炭吸附层的饱和度、中位吸附浓度吸附时间、Bohart-Adams模型拟合的关键参数和数学属性,并在中位浓度吸附时间基础上,给出了固定床设计的吸附时间与床厚度间的线性关系式。研究对固定床吸附设计具有一定的参考意义。
The experimental breakthrough data of activated carbon fixed-bed adsorption of SO2 was analyzed by the Slogistic function and Bohart-Adams model.For several types of activated carbon at different particle diameters,the saturation of adsorption layer,median concentration adsorption time,and the key parameters and mathematical properties of the Bohart-Adams model were obtained.At the same time,the linear relationship between the adsorption time and the bed thickness was also obtained based on the median concentration adsorption time.This study has certain reference significance for the design of adsorption fixed-bed.
