摘要 在基坑工程中,支撑结构轴力监测通常是主要参数之一,当发生支撑轴力超过设计强度时发出预警,从而在整个支护体系失稳或破坏前采取必要措施,避免或减少人员伤亡和财产损失。所以监测数据的精确性尤为重要。但在实际工程中,由于基坑自身受力比较复杂,再加上工程设计估算的简化、假定与现场施工存在不一致,导致基坑支撑轴力监测数据和设计计算值也不一致。因此,准确监测支撑轴力对解决这一问题至关重要。研究选取代表性工程中混凝土支撑,建立全尺寸支撑轴力影响因素对比试验,对目前混凝土支撑轴力监测进行探索。基于混凝土支撑轴力监测结果,开展监测值与设计值误差分析,并提出支撑轴力计算方法优化修正建议。 The axial force monitoring of supporting structure has been one of the major parameters in the foundation pit engineering.When the axial force exceeds the design strength,warnings would be sent and necessary measures would be taken before the instability or damage of the whole supporting system to avoid or reduce casualty and loss of property.Thus,it is particularly important to ensure the accuracy of the monitoring data.However,in practical engineering,due to the complexity of the bearing force of the foundation pit itself and the inconsistency between the simplification and assumption of engineering design estimation and site construction,there are also some differences between the monitoring data and the design value of the foundation pit supporting axial force.To solve the problem,the axial force of support must be accurately measured.In this study,a contrastive experiment on the influential factors for constructing full-scale supporting axial force with concrete support in typical engineering,the current monitoring of concrete support axial force is explored.Based on the monitoring results of the axial force of the concrete support,the error analysis between the monitoring value and the design value is carried out,and the optimization and correction suggestions of the calculation method of the axial force of the support are put forward.
