基于专利分析的高层建筑施工技术前景预测 被引量:2

摘要 近15年来,我国高层建筑市场规模快速增长了4倍。相对于普通建筑施工,高层建筑需要更先进的施工技术,准确把握高层建筑施工技术的发展趋势,以确保施工的质量、安全和市场竞争力。研究基于专利分析方法,分析了1990~2019年间美国、欧洲、韩国、中国和日本总计2875项高层建筑相关专利的市场前景和技术前景。分析表明:中国和韩国正处于高层建筑技术市场的快速发展期,特别是中国市场的增长最为迅猛;高层建筑施工监测技术、信息建模技术、节能技术和安全管理技术,是高层建筑施工技术发展的前沿和方向。 In the past 15 years,the scale of China’s high-rise building market has increased by four times.Compared with ordinary building construction,high-rise building needs more advanced construction technology,accurately grasp the development trend of high-rise building construction technology,in order to ensure the construction quality,safety and market competitiveness.Based on the patent analysis method,analyzed the market and technical prospects of 2875 high-rise building related patents in the United States,Europe,South Korea,China and Japan from 1990 to 2019.The analysis shows that China and South Korea are in a period of rapid development of high-rise building technology market,especially the most rapid growth of the Chinese market;High-rise building construction monitoring technology,information modeling technology,energy conservation technology and safety management technology are the frontier and direction of the development of high-rise building construction technology.
