摘要 用gCoda方法分析变换HMP(NIH Human Microbiome Project)数据后的成分数据,进而刻画各成分之间的关系,得到微生物间的相互作用网络,分析微生物相互关系对人体健康的影响。 gCoda method is used to analyze the compositional data after HMP(NIH Human Microbiome Project)data transformation.The relationship between the components are characterized to obtain the interaction network among the microbes and to discuss influence of the microbe-relation on human health.
