摘要
设计一种人工操作辅助采摘推行的草莓小车,重点对采摘末端执行器进行设计与分析,该装置主要由送料和传动结构、采摘末端执行机构、果实收集机构和车体组成,以微型电机为动力源,刀片和同步带组合,实现草莓根茎的切断、果实夹持、输送、收集的一体化作业,该机器的研制可以提高劳动效率,同时也为解决同等问题提供一种验证手段。
In order to solve the shortcomings of difficulty in picking strawberries and high labor intensity,a manual operation assisted picking and implementation of a strawberry trolley based on core-xy structure was designed,focusing on the design and analysis of the picking end effector.The device adopts the core-xy mechanism.It is composed of feeding and transmission structure,rhizome cutting mechanism,rhizome clamping mechanism,control mechanism,and fruit collection mechanism.It uses micro-motor as the power source and the combination of blade and timing belt to realize strawberry rhizome cutting,fruit clamping,the integrated operation of transportation and collection,the development of this machine can improve labor efficiency,and at the same time provide a verification method for solving the same problem.
