摘要 针对当前水箱自动控制设备调试技术在实际应用中,水箱自动控制设备调试效率较低的问题,提出基于PLC的水箱自动控制设备调试方法。检查水箱自动控制设备电路板,启动水箱自动控制设备,利用网络接口连接PLC控制系统与水箱自动控制设备,启动PLC数据训练单元,训练分析运行参数数据,对比运行数据输出值与期望值,完成基于PLC的水箱自动控制设备调试。实验结果表明,设计方法的调试效率较高。 Aiming at the problem that the debugging efficiency of water tank automatic control equipment is low in the practical application of water tank automatic control equipment debugging technology,this paper puts forward the debugging method of water tank automatic control equipment based on PLC.Check the circuit board of water tank automatic control equipment,start water tank automatic control equipment,connect PLC control system with water tank automatic control equipment by network interface,start PLC data training unit,train and analyze operation parameter data,compare operation data output value and expected value,and complete debugging of water tank automatic control equipment based on PLC.The experimental results show that the debugging efficiency of the design method is high.
