This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the spray gun button,designs a multi-cavity injection mold with slider core pulling,designs an exhaust system combined with the flow characteristics of the selected resin,designs a single push pipe ejection,and improves the influence of the large packing force on the product shape.The mold structure is simple,reliable,economical and practical,which provides a reference for the mold design of similar plastic parts.
