互联网农业信息获取促进了农户土地流转吗

Does Farmers’ Access to Agricultural Information on the Internet Promote the Land Transfer?

土地流转是规模化经营的重要前提之一。同时,在互联网强国战略背景下,"互联网+土地流转"需要特别关注。为深入研究互联网农业信息获取对农户土地流转的影响,本文运用农户调研数据和计量模型进行了实证研究。研究发现,农户通过互联网获取农业信息显著促进了农村土地流转,而且其对土地转出的影响程度比对土地转入的影响程度更加明显。年龄较大农户的土地流转积极性高,但年龄较大的农户在通过互联网获取农业信息后,流转土地的可能性明显下降。样本替换和模型调整的稳健性检验表明,上述结果非常稳健。因此,本文认为,政府应加强农村互联网建设,鼓励、引导农民使用互联网获取农业信息。

Given the fact that land transfer could facilitate large-scale operation and the context of the Internet power strategy,it needs to consider whether farmers’access to the Internet promotes land transfer.This paper aims to examine the impact of Internet agricultural information acquisition on farmers’land transfer.Based on modeling results,it founds that farmers’access to agricultural information via the Internet has significantly promoted land transfer,and the impact on land transfer out is more pronounced than on land transfer in.In addition,the older farmers have a high enthusiasm for land transfer,but the possibility of the land transfer falls obviously after the older farmers get agricultural information via the Internet.The estimates are very robust in replacing samples and adjusting specifications.In response to this,the government should strengthen the construction of the rural Internet,encourage and guide farmers to use the Internet to obtain agricultural information。
