浅谈三维扫描进行锅炉产品预组装仿真可行性

摘要 本文通过对电站锅炉产品预组装工序存在的难点进行简单介绍,浅谈将三维扫描、仿真技术应用在电站锅炉产品预组装工序中的可行性,从而改变现有生产方式,提高预组装准确度和生产效率。 This article describes structure of small-diameter header of certain products,introduces manufacturing difficulties and key process technology of small-diameter header,and details process methods and solution during manufacturing,this article briefly introduces existing difficulties in preassembly process of boiler products,and discusses on feasibility of 3-D scanning and simulation technology in preassembly process of utility boiler products to change the current production mode,and to improve preassembly accuracy and production efficiency.
