阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者IL-6水平与认知障碍的相关性分析

Correlation between IL-6 Levels and Cognitive Impairment in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

目的:探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者认知功能障碍的相关性。方法:选取2020年2-8月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的OSAHS患者26例,另选取同期门诊健康体检者25例作为对照组。比较两组血清IL-6水平,应用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分评估患者认知功能,分析血清IL-6水平与认知功能的相关性。结果:OSAHS组IL-6水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清IL-6水平与MoCA总分及MMSE总分均呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IL-6水平与OSAHS患者认知损害程度呈正相关。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between IL-6 and cognitive impairment in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method:A total of 26 patients with OSAHS admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February to August 2020 were selected,another 25 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The level of serum IL-6 in the two groups was compared,and the cognitive function of the patients was assessed using Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA)and Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)scoring scale.The correlation between serum IL-6 level and cognitive function was analyzed.Result:The level of IL-6 in the OSAHS group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 level was negatively correlated with the total score of MOCA and MMSE,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of IL-6 is positively correlated with cognitive impairment in OSAHS patients.
