Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of systematic continuous sequence approach(SCSA)in fetal skeletal and limb malformations.Method:The clinical data of 60 pregnant women who underwent ultrasound examination in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. All pregnant women were suspected of fetal malformation. All pregnant women were performed systematic continuous sequence approach and traditional ultrasound examination to evaluate the results of ultrasound diagnosis.Result:A total of 53 cases of fetal skeletal malformations were detected by SCSA,including 22 cases of limb loss,15 cases of finger deformity,8 cases of radius loss,8 cases of fatal bone dysplasia,37 cases of traditional ultrasound,12 cases,13 cases,5 cases,7 cases, respectively. The detection rate of fetal skeletal and limb malformations by SCSA was 88.33%,significantly higher than 61.67%by traditional ultrasound(P<0.05);54 cases of fetal skeletal malformation were confirmed by clinical follow-up.All the family members accepted termination of pregnancy. The accuracy, sensitivity of SCSA were 91.67%,94.44%,respectively,which was significantly higher than 58.33%,61.11%of traditional ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic continuous sequence approach has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of fetal skeletal and limb deformity, which is beneficial to improve the diagnosis efficiency and is worth applying.
