摘要
目的:分析老年脑梗死患者护理中应用个性化心理护理及优质护理联合模式的临床效果。方法:选取80例老年脑梗死患者进行研究,随机分组,每组40例,常规组进行常规护理,研究组加用个性化心理护理及优质护理。结果:研究组护理后的NIHSS和mRS评分、SDS评分、生活质量评分均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理、个性化心理护理联合护理模式可显著改善老年脑梗死患者的心理状态,促进老年脑梗死的肢体功能恢复。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of individualized psychological nursing and high quality nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected for study,randomly divided into 40 cases in each group,routine nursing in routine group,individualized psychological nursing and high quality nursing in study group.Result:The scores of NIHSS and mRS,SDS and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined nursing mode of high quality nursing and individualized psychological nursing can significantly improve the mental state of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction and promote the recovery of limb function of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
