摘要
目的:分析理中汤加减治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证的临床效果及不良反应发生率。方法:选定本院2018年6月-2020年6月收治的106例慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证患者,以双盲随机抽样法分组(每组病例数共计53例),对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取理中汤加减治疗,对比两组中医症候积分、临床疗效、血清炎性因子、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床总有效率(94.33%)比对照组(69.81%)高,观察组治疗4周后食欲不振、恶心呕吐、胃胀、胃痛积分,以及血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-8因子均比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(5.66%)与对照组(7.55%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:理中汤加减可有效缓解慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证患者临床症状,减轻炎症反应,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions of Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness(cold).Method:A total of 106 cases of chronic gastritis with spleen stomach weakness(cold)syndrome in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by double-blind random sampling method(53 cases in each group).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Lizhong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The scores of TCM symptoms,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group(94.33%)was higher than that of the control group(69.81%).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of anorexia,nausea and vomiting,gastric distension,stomachache score,serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.66%)and the control group(7.55%)had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lizhong Decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of chronic gastritis patients with spleen stomach weakness(cold)syndrome,reduce inflammatory reaction,and has fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of reference.
