地衣芽孢杆菌联合四磨汤治疗小儿功能性腹痛的临床效果和安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Bacillus Licheniformis Combined with Simo Decoction in Treatment of Functional Abdominal Pain in Children

目的:探讨地衣芽孢杆菌联合四磨汤治疗小儿功能性腹痛(FAP)的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取2013年1月-2016年12月就诊于笔者所在医院的100例小儿功能性腹痛患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用山莨菪碱口服治疗,观察组采用地衣芽孢杆菌联合四磨汤口服浩疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各症状积分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月发现,观察组复发率为6.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地衣芽孢杆菌联合四磨汤可以明显改善FAP患儿的临床症状,不仅能减轻腹痛程度,还能降低复发率,安全性高,具有推广应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Bacillus Licheniformis combined with Simo Decoction in treatment of functional abdominal pain(FAP)in children.Method:A total of 100 pediatric patients with functional abdominal pain admitted to the hospital of the author from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects,according to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Anisodamine orally,and the observation group was treated with Bacillus Licheniformis combined with Simo Decoction orally.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(68.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.52%,which was lower than that in the control group(29.41%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bacillus Licheniformis combined with Simo Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with FAP,not only can reduce the degree of abdominal pain,but also reduce the recurrence rate,with high safety,and has the value of promotion and application.
