深圳市二年级学生龋齿情况及相关干预措施分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析深圳市二年级学生龋齿情况及相关干预措施。方法:2018年7月1-31日,采取整群和随机抽样的方法,从深圳市抽取6所小学二年级学生900例儿童为本项目的研究对象,统计龋齿发生率。将所有龋齿儿童随机分为对照组和干预组,干预组患儿根据患儿龋病发生的主要因素进行综合干预,对照组患儿嘱其早晚刷牙,两组患儿在干预后1.5年复查,统计其龋均、充填率,并统计患儿的口腔卫生行为正确率、患儿家长的口腔卫生知识情况变化等。结果:900例二年级儿童中,龋齿患儿600例,龋齿发病率高达66.67%;单因素及多因素分析显示居住环境、家庭经济状况、父母的文化程度、父母的工作性质、喂养人员、是否具有不良饮食习惯及不良行为习惯、刷牙习惯是影响二年级儿童龋齿发病的因素;干预后,与对照组相比,干预组患儿充填率显著增加(P<0.05),龋均增速有所下降;与对照组相比,干预后干预组患儿的口腔卫生行为正确率、患儿家长的口腔卫生知识情况显著好转(P<0.05)。结论:二年级儿童的居住条件、父母的各种情况均能够对儿童的龋齿的治疗情况造成影响,综合干预措施能够显著改善龋齿患儿的状况。 Objective:To analyze the dental caries and related interventions of second grade students in Shenzhen.Method:From July 1 to 31,2018,a cluster and random sampling method was used to select 900 primary school second grade students from Shenzhen as the research object of the project.All children with dental caries were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The children in the intervention group took comprehensive intervention based on the main factors of the occurrence of caries in the children.The children in the control group instructed them to brush their teeth sooner or later.The two groups of children were reexamined 1.5 years after the intervention,and the average caries and filling rate were counted.The correct rate of oral hygiene behavior of the children and the changes in the oral hygiene knowledge of the parents of the children were also counted.Result:Among 900 second grade children,600 children were dental caries,and the incidence of dental caries was as high as 66.67%.Single factor and multi factor analysis showed the living environment,family economic status,parents’education level,parents’work nature,feeding staff,whether they had bad eating habits and bad behavior habits,tooth brushing habits were the factors that affected the incidence of dental caries in second grade children.After the intervention,compared with the control group,the filling rate of the children in the intervention group increased significantly(P<0.05),and caries decreased.Compared with the control group,the correct rate of oral hygiene behaviors of the children in the intervention group and the oral hygiene knowledge of the parents of the children improved significantly after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The living conditions of the second grade children and various conditions of their parents can affect the treatment of children’s dental caries.Comprehensive interventions can significantly improve the condition of children with dental caries.
