广东省湛江卫生学校教师信息化教学能力的提升策略及效果分析

摘要 目的:研究广东省湛江卫生学校教师信息化教学能力的提升策略及效果。方法:将2018年1月-2020年12月于广东省湛江卫生学校就读的2017级护理1班、2班共99例学生纳入研究,记作观察组,另取同期2017级护理3班、4班共104例学生为对照组。其中对照组采用传统教学法授课,观察组则于对照组的基础上增加信息化技术授课。比较两组学生不同学年期末成绩及教学满意度情况。结果:观察组2018-2019学年、2019-2020学年期末成绩分别为(70.27±16.93)、(86.73±9.32)分,均高于对照组的(59.08±15.07)、(53.53±12.78)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:广东省湛江卫生学校教师信息化教学能力的提升策略效果显著,有利于提高学生搞得考试成绩以及满意度。 Objective:To study the strategy and effect of improving the informationized teaching ability of teachers in Guangdong Zhanjiang Health School.Method:A total of 99 nursing students from Class 1 and Class 2 of Grade 2017 who studied in Zhanjiang Health School of Guangdong Province from January 2018 to December 2020 were included in the study and recorded as the observation group,104 nursing students from Class 3 and Class 4 of Grade 2017 in the same period were selected as the control group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,while the observation group was taught by information technology on the basis of the control group.The final scores in different academic year and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The final scores of 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 in the observation group were(70.27±16.93)points and(86.73±9.32)points,respectively,which were higher than(59.08±15.07)points and(53.53±12.78)points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The strategy of improving teachers’informationized teaching ability in Guangdong Zhanjiang Health School has a significant effect,which is beneficial to improving students’test scores and satisfaction.
