关于公共图书馆“十四五”规划制定的思考

On the Strategy of the 14th 5-Year Plan of Public Library

公共图书馆"十四五"规划是为公共图书馆事业发展远景规定目标方向、制定任务措施的蓝图。本文基于"十三五"规划工作成效的总结,结合"十四五"规划时期的影响要素,对"十四五"乃至中长期公共图书馆事业发展的战略目标、重点任务、具体内容和应对措施等进行分析探索,旨在为编制一个高瞻远瞩的战略规划提供参考。

The 14th 5-Year Plan of Public Library is a blueprint for the development of public library.Based on the summary of the achievements of the 13th five-year plan,and combined with the influencing factors in the period of the 14th five-year plan,this paper analyzes and explores the strategic objectives,key tasks,specific contents and countermeasures of the development of the public library undertaking during the period of the 14th five-year plan and even on the medium and long terms,so as to provide reference for the compilation of a far sighted strategic plan.
