参麦注射液治疗对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能、BNP及CA125的影响

Effect of Shenmai Injection Treatment on Heart Function,BNP and CA125 in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

目的:分析充血性心力衰竭参麦注射液治疗对患者心功能、BNP及CA125的影响。方法:回顾性选取2018年1月-2020年1月本院充血性心力衰竭患者100例,依据治疗方法分为抗心力衰竭组(抗心力衰竭治疗,n=50)、参麦注射液组(抗心力衰竭治疗基础上给予参麦注射液治疗,n=50)。抗心力衰竭组积极治疗原发病,祛除诱因,督促患者充分休息,严格限盐,让患者口服利尿剂、洋地黄、螺内酯、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂/血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂等。参麦注射液组同时给予患者静脉滴注40 ml参麦注射液+5%葡萄糖注射液,1次/d。两组均以1周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。统计分析两组患者治疗前后的心功能、BNP及CA125水平。结果:两组患者治疗后心功能指标均改善,与抗心力衰竭组相比,参麦注射液组心功能分级较低,LVEF较高,LVEDD较短(P<0.05);两组治疗后BNP及CA125水平均低于治疗前,且参麦注射液组BNP及CA125低于抗心力衰竭组(P<0.05)。结论:充血性心力衰竭抗心力衰竭治疗基础上参麦注射液治疗较单纯抗心力衰竭治疗更能有效改善患者心功能,降低患者BNP及CA125水平。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Shenmai Injection treatment on heart function BNP and CA125 in patients with congestive heart failure.Method:A total of 100 patients with congestive heart failure in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into anti heart failure treatment group (anti heart failure treatment,n=50) and Shenmai Injection group (Shenmai Injection treatment on the basis of anti heart faliure treatment,n=50) according to the treatment methods.In the anti heart failure group,the primary disease was treated actively,the inducements were removed,the patients were urged to have a full rest,and the salt was strictly limited.The patients were given diuretics,digitalis,spironolactone,beta blockers,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers,etc.Shenmai Injection group was also given intravenous drip of 40 ml Shenmai Injection + 5% Glucose Injection,once a day.One week was a course of treatment in both groups,with a total of 2 courses.The cardiac function,BNP and CA125 levels of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Result:After treatment,the cardiac functions of both groups were significantly improved,compared with anti heart failure group,Shenmai Injection group had lower cardiac function grade,higher LVEF and shorter LVEDd,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the levels of BNP and CA125 in both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the levels of BNP and CA125 in Shenmai injection group were lower than those in anti heart failure group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai Injection on the basis of anti heart failure treatment can effectively improve cardiac function,reduce BNP and CA125 levels in patients with congestive heart failure.
